Experienced Freight Broker (Dayton, OH | Memphis, TN)

Position:
This is a fabulous opportunity for a seasoned freight broker to join a dynamic service oriented logistics organization.  The perfect individual for this position is seeking both sales and operations responsibilities.  They should be a strong operator with carrier management and negotiation skills but also highly motivated with proven sales skills.   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years brokerage experience in Full TL and/or LTL
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
• Aggressive and competitive nature
• Self managed and motivated
• Enjoys a fast paced work environment
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Great phone skills
• Can be productive from the onset
• A customer following preferred but not required
